Word-of-mouth is powerful—but Elities makes it even easier. With simple built-in referral tools, your clients can invite friends with just a tap, helping you grow your business without lifting a finger.

Step By Step:

    Educate clients via email, social media, and in office visits on the advantages of referrals, and how easy it is to do in the app.

    A client clicks “Invite” in the bottom navigation bar of the app.
    (this is available on every page of the app)

    Clients can invite referrals by either entering their name and number on the referral screen or selecting a contact from their list with a quick tap.

    The referral immediately receives a curated text message with your company name, an invitation access code, and a link to download the app.

  • 5

    The referral clicks the link, and registers within the app. after entering their access code, the app icon changes to your logo, they land on your client homepage, and are now listed within your followers.

  • 6

    If set up, you will be notified when this referral shows up for their first appointment, and will remind you to give them a discount at checkout if applicable.
